Atomera Announces Rescheduling of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

LOS GATOS, Calif., April 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atomera Incorporated (NASDAQ: ATOM) announced today that its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders has been rescheduled from May 7, 2020 to Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., local time, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the COVID-19 related restrictions set out in the California Proclamation of a State of Emergency and the Order of the Health Officer of the County of Santa Clara. Atomera’s first priority is to protect the health and safety of its employees and stockholders, and the Company will continue to evaluate the situation and assess its options, including the possibility of a further postponement of the Annual Meeting or a change to a virtual meeting format.
